A synergy between the effect of a tongue passage and the benefits of the butterfly bit. The profile of the bit beris KONNEX is more slender. The bit sits very comfortably in the horse's mouth, providing more space, while the arc widens considerably at the bit KONNEX. Suitable for horses with a narrow mouth, e.g. thoroughbreds or older horses (due to changes in dentition), horses with a large tongue, and especially horses that are sensitive to localized pressure on the tongue. This bit ensures an optimal distribution of pressure on the lower jaw and mouth, making it very well tolerated by the horse. The second pair of reins acts like a noseband that the rider can pull or release as needed. This bit is particularly well suited for powerful and spirited horses.
