The Waldhausen Health + Care Infrared FlexPad is an innovative solution designed to promote muscle relaxation, improve blood circulation, and aid regeneration. With targeted deep heat, it gently warms the horse's muscles, relieves tension and stimulates metabolism. The pad is particularly suitable for support before training, relaxation after exertion, or as a complementary therapy for muscle issues. Typical applications of the Infrared FlexPad for horses:
The infrared pad can be used in various ways and is particularly suitable for the following cases:
- Muscle tension and muscle regeneration: the heat can stimulate blood circulation in the muscles, helping to relax before or after intensive training sessions. Its use often provides relief in cases of muscle overload or tension.
- Joint support: the heat action helps to relax the joints and promote mobility. The pad is also highly valued in cases of movement restrictions related to age.
- Tendon and ligament areas: in subacute phases after overuse or minor injury, heat can help reduce swelling and improve blood circulation.
Caution: do not use in acute phases, as heat can then be counterproductive.
- Preparation before training: the pad is suitable for activating muscles before exercise. It gently prepares the muscles and reduces the risk of cramps.

Usage tips:
Never use in case of acute inflammation (e.g. recent tendinitis, open wounds).
Consult a veterinarian or equitherapist, especially in case of chronic or complex issues.
