BOWL 57 Sear Grate - The BOWL 57 Sear Grate is more than just a cast-iron grate. With its support ring and lifting handle, elle offers a multitude of uses above the flames that even barbecue professionals can only dream of. Placed directly on the opening of the plancha ring, the Sear Grate enlarges the cooking surface and is ideal for searing. Placed on the support ring, the distance of the flames and therefore the temperature of the Sear Grate can be adjusted at different levels. The cast-iron grate can be inserted and removed in a jiffy using the included lifting handle, which also creates space for a wok pan. Placed in the support ring at four different levels, elle is positioned directly above the flames, giving every dish a special touch.
